Purpose and License. 2.1. Agency may use API Service and data made available through API Service, in connection with an API Client developed by Agency. Axon may monitor Agency’s use of API Service to ensure quality, improve Axon devices and services, and verify compliance with this Agreement. Agency agrees to not interfere with such monitoring or obscure from Axon Agency’s use of API Service. Agency will not use API Service for commercial use.
2.2. Axon grants Agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term to use API Service, solely for Agency’s Use in connection with Agency’s API Client.
2.3. Axon reserves the right to set limitations on Agency’s use of the API Service, such as a quota on operations, to ensure stability and availability of Axon’s API. Axon will use reasonable efforts to accommodate use beyond the designated limits.

If purchased separately and upon agreement by Spok, Spok will grant Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term of this Agreement to: (a) use the API to develop and implement API solely for use by Customers in connection with the Services: and (b) use, reproduce, distribute, and transmit Service Data to the extent necessary to format and display it through the Service. Spok shall have a royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to implement, use, modify, commercially exploit and/or incorporate into the Services and/or the API any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback Spok receives from Customer.

This Agreement governs Licensee’s rights to use and access the Procore API for any purpose, including Internal Use and developing, implementing and Publishing Procore Applications. Licensee’s access to and use of the Procore API shall be governed by this Agreement and by any and all restrictions and policies implemented by Procore from time to time with respect to the Procore API as set forth in the documentation for the Procore API, this Agreement or as otherwise communicated to Licensee by Procore (“General API Policies”).
Purpose and License. 2.1 Subject to Client’s compliance with the provisions this Agreement, including the restrictions set forth in Section 3, ECI grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term (as defined in Section 10.1) to:
(a) use and make calls to the API solely for use by Client in connection with the CRM Software Service; and (b) use, reproduce, distribute, and transmit Client Data to the extent necessary to format and display it through the CRM Software Service.
2.2 ECI shall have a royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to implement, use, modify, commercially exploit and incorporate into the CRM Software Service or the API any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback ECI receives from Client.
Purpose and License. 2.1 Subject to Client’s compliance with the provisions this Agreement, including the restrictions set forth in Section 3, Lasso grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term (as defined in Section 10.1) to: (a) use and make calls to the API solely for use by Client in connection with the CRM Software Service; and (b) use, reproduce, distribute, and transmit Client Data to the extent necessary to format and display it through the CRM Software Service.
2.2 Lasso shall have a royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to implement, use, modify, commercially exploit and incorporate into the CRM Software Service or the API any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback Lasso receives from Client.

Purpose and License. 2.1 This Agreement and any and all restrictions and policies implemented by EKM Global from time to time with respect to the API as set forth in the Documentation (“General API Policies”) govern Licensee’s rights to use and access the API for the purpose of developing, implementing and Publishing Applications. Licensee’s access to and use of the API for Internal Use is governed by the Service Agreement and the General API Policies. This Agreement also governs Licensee’s Publishing of Applications that do not utilize or interact with the API, but otherwise interact with the Services.
2.2 Subject to this Agreement, including the restrictions set forth in Section 3, EKM Global grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term (as defined in Section 13) to:
(a) use and make calls to the API to develop, implement and distribute Applications solely for use by Subscribers in connection with the Services; (b) use and display the Marks only to identify that the Service Data originates from the Services.
2.3 EKM Global shall have, and Licensee hereby grants to EKM Global, a royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to implement, use, modify, commercially exploit, incorporate into any of EKM Global’s products or services (including the Services and/or the API) and/or otherwise use in any manner any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback EKM Global receives from Licensee.
