PURPOSE OF CHANGE. To amend that Basic Agreement dated July 1, 2017, between Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization (hereinafter referred to as “Great Rivers” and Xxxxxxx Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) under the provisions of that Modifications Clause therein, and to make other necessary changes within the scope of that contract and any subsequent amendments thereto.

PURPOSE OF CHANGE. To amend that Professional Service Contract dated January 8, 2016 as a result of IS/IT RFP process, between Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Great Rivers”) and Polar Systems, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) under the provisions of the Amendments Clause therein (paragraph 12) for mutual consideration and to make other necessary changes within the scope of that contract and any subsequent amendments thereto.
PURPOSE OF CHANGE. 1. Party B shall no longer participate in the construction and operation of the Wireless Network Coverage Project in Beijing (the "Project") from December 1, 2016, and Party B shall be no longer open the large data system required for the project operation; and the related provisions of the original Agreement shall be automatically invalidated . Both parties shall not be liable for breach of contract.
PURPOSE OF CHANGE. To amend the agreement between the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources to identify Ecologically Important Areas off of the coast of Washington. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED: THAT THE AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: This amendment adds a task for WDFW to coordinate with the Coastal Treaty Tribes (Makah Tribe, Quileute Tribe, Hoh Tribe, and Quinault Indian Nation) on their participation at the policy and technical levels in Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) efforts. The effective date of this amendment is October 1, 2014.

  • Notice of Change Grantee shall notify the Grantor if there is a change in Grantee’s legal status, federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS Number, UEI, XXX registration status, Related Parties, senior management or address. See 30 ILCS 708/60(a). If the change is anticipated, Grantee shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Grantor. If the change is unanticipated, Grantee shall give notice as soon as practicable thereafter. Grantor reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action as a result of such change(s).

  • Notification of Changes Subscriber agrees and covenants to notify the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any event prior to the consummation of this Offering that would cause any representation, warranty, covenant or other statement contained in this Agreement to be false or incorrect or of any change in any statement made herein occurring prior to the consummation of this Offering.
