The above purposes are hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the Conservation Purposes”. Grantor intends that this Easement will confine the use of the Property to such activities as are consistent with the Conservation Purposes of this Easement.
Purpose of Easement. This easement is generally granted for the purpose of public access and use to the same extent as a public street or sidewalk, including, but not limited to, ingress and egress and for the installation and maintenance of structures and improvements typically located in or associated with a public street or sidewalk (the “Easement”). In particular, the Town shall have the right to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge and operate in the Easement Parcel public streets, sidewalks, street benches, trash receptacles, signage, underground utility lines, above ground street lighting, drainage facilities and other structures and improvements as are necessary or convenient for the above-described purposes. Nothing contained herein shall obligate the Town to install any such facilities or otherwise provide for any such public use.
