Purpose of Easement. The Easement is granted for the purpose of the installation, operation, and maintenance of (the “Improvements”). Grantee and its agents, designees, and/or assigns shall have the right at such times as deemed reasonably necessary by Grantee, to enter upon Parcel A to inspect, construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair, and replace the Improvements.
Purpose of Easement. The purpose of this Easement is for the construction, improvement, maintenance, and repair of underground utilities, including but not limited to underground water, storm drainage, and other appurtenant structures.
Purpose of Easement. Grantor grants this easement to Grantee for the purpose of providing the use, ingress and egress, access to water, gas, and other utilities, and manure storage to operate and maintain the pullet production facility on Grantor’s property.

The Easement to the Town shall be for the purposes of construction, replacement, improvement, repair, removal, maintenance and operation of water line facilities, including but not limited to pipes, fittings, fire hydrants, valves, xxxxx, manholes, fixtures, water distribution lines and mains, appurtenances and attachments, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said Easement over and across Grantor's Property in the exercising of the rights granted herein.
Purpose of Easement. It is the purpose of this Easement to assure that the Property will be retained forever in its natural, scenic, wooded condition to provide a relatively natural habitat for fish, wildlife, plants or similar ecosystems, and to preserve portions of the Property as productive farmland and forest land that sustains for the long term both the economic and conservation values of the Property and its environs, through management guided by the following principles: • Protection of scenic and other distinctive rural character of the landscape; • Maintenance of soil productivity and control of soil erosion; • Maintenance and enhancement of wildlife and game habitat; • Protection of unique and fragile natural areas and rare species habitats; • Maintenance or creation of a healthy balance of uneven aged timber classes; • Maintenance or improvement of the overall quality of the timber resource; • Maintenance of the value of the resource in avoiding land fragmentation; • Protection of surface water quality, the Floridan Aquifer, wetlands, and riparian areas; • Maintenance of economically viable agricultural practices that protect the landscape as a working enterprise in harmony with the open space and scenic qualities of the Property; • Maintenance of existing upland/wetland natural communities; • Restoration of disturbed upland/wetland natural communities. The above purposes are hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the Conservation Purposes”. Grantor intends that this Easement will confine the use of the Property to such activities as are consistent with the Conservation Purposes of this Easement.
Purpose of Easement. The Easement shall be used for wastewater and reclaimed water facility infrastructure purposes, including placement, construction, installation, replacement, repair, maintenance, relocation, removal, and operation of wastewater and reclaimed water facility infrastructure related appurtenances (“Facilities”). The Easement shall also be used for the purpose of providing access for the operation, repair, maintenance, replacement of the Facilities and related appurtenances.
Purpose of Easement. The Easement shall be used only for the purposes of providing public access for pedestrian and non-motorized vehicular uses.
Purpose of Easement. Council, the Grantee and the Grantor acknowledge that the Easement is being provided for the purpose of providing reasonable access over the Easement Site to any member of the public in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Easement.
Purpose of Easement. Grantee may use the Easement for the purposes of construction, operation, repair, and maintenance of an overflow pipeline for a culinary water storage tank (the “Facilities”), and activities reasonably incident to that use (the “Permitted Uses”). Grantee may use the Easement for the Permitted Uses and for no other purposes.
Purpose of Easement. Grantor hereby grants to the City and the District full and free right and authority to construct, install, maintain, repair, rebuild and replace the Improvements.
