Qualification for Affordable Beds. The Affordable Beds will be made available to full-time students. To qualify to lease a Very- Low Income Bed, a full-time student must demonstrate that he or she is a member of a household whose annual income does not exceed a very-low income household income, adjusted for household size, as determined by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (“HCD”) on an annual basis pursuant to California Code of Regulations Title 25, Section 6932 (“Very-Low Income”). To qualify to lease an Extremely Low Income Bed, a full- time student must demonstrate that he or she is a member of a household whose annual income does not exceed the annual income for an extremely low income household, adjusted for household size, as determined by HCD on an annual basis pursuant to California Code of Regulations Title 25, Section 6932 (“Extremely Low Income”). Students that participate in the program must also prove their full-time status with a schedule from any community college or four-year college or university. Full-time status will be reviewed at the execution of each lease, and subsequently on an annual basis prior to entering into a new lease or lease extension. Developer shall be responsible for developing selection criteria for the Affordable Beds that are consistent with all state and federal fair housing laws, including but not limited to the Federal Fair Housing Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the California Xxxxx Act (collectively, “Fair Housing Laws”). The City shall reasonably consider changes to the eligibility criteria for the Affordable Beds if deemed necessary to comply with Fair Housing Laws. Both financially dependent full-time students and financially independent full-time students will be eligible for the program if the following criteria are met:

  • Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense. The MBU will be given a copy of the directive which will state the reason(s) for such examination. Following the examination, results will be sent by the Human Resources Department to the MBU and immediate supervisor. All communication which results from the implementation of this Article shall be handled in a confidential manner. ARTICLE TWENTY-EIGHT

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Medical Benefits - Prescription Drugs Administered by a Provider (other than a pharmacist) This plan covers prescription drugs as a medical benefit, referred to as “medical prescription drugs”, when the prescription drug requires administration (or the FDA approved recommendation is administration) by a licensed healthcare provider (other than a pharmacist). Please note: Specialty prescription drugs meeting these requirements or recommendations are covered as a pharmacy benefit and not a medical benefit. These medical prescription drugs include, but are not limited to, medications administered by infusion, injection, or inhalation, as well as nasal, topical or transdermal administered medications.   • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.
