Qualification for works a) The bidder should have successfully completedSimilar items” in previous 7 years (i.e 2016-17 to 2022-23) before the last date of the Bid submission as per the criteria specified below: The bidder should have experience of supply & commissioning of four (04) similar items. For this purpose, “Similar items” means “Inland vessels like propelled/ non propelled barge or pontoon or sea going vessels duly certified by any classification society and registering authorities under Inland Vessel Act or any other relevant act / regulation” Note: The value of the “Completed Work(s)” considered by the Bidders shall be rounded off to the nearest two digits. In the event of a Joint Venture, all Parties combined shall together meet the technical eligibility as well as financial eligibility requirement. Further, the value of contracts completed by its members shall not be aggregated to determine whether the requirement of the minimum value of a single contract has been met. Instead, each contract performed by each member shall satisfy the minimum value of a single contract as required for a single entity. In determining whether the JV meets the requirement of total number of contracts, only the number of contracts completed by all members, each of value, equal or more than the minimum value required shall be aggregated.

  • Qualification Rights Masterworks will have the right to request that the Company qualify on Form 1-A, or a comparable form, the resale of any Class A shares beneficially owned by Masterworks or any entity administered by Masterworks.
