Qualifications/Training. 1. The mentor must have a minimum of a five (5) year professional educator license and have a minimum of two (2) consecutive years of teaching experience in the district. 2. The mentor teacher must be trained to act as a mentor through the Ohio Department of Education state required Mentoring Program. 3. The facilitator- must be trained to act as a facilitator through the Ohio Department of Education state required Facilitator Program. 4. Mentor teacher is required to meet with mentee a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours in Year 1 and a minimum of fifteen (15) in year 2. 5. A Facilitator is required to meet with mentee a minimum of five (5) hours in Year 2 (or up to year four if approved through RESA). If the mentor/facilitator is the same person, the mentor/facilitator is required to meet with the mentee a minimum of twenty (20) hours in Year 2. The mentor teacher must hold a valid teaching certificate/license and may be assigned to resident educators with the same area of certification/license. The mentor does not have a formal evaluative role. The mentor’s role is to support the growth of the resident educator as an instructional mentor through formative assessment tools. Each mentor shall be granted release time to attend committee meetings, necessary training to perform the required committee work and as necessary for direct mentoring activities such as for the purpose of observing classes and meetings with the mentor/resident educator.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • What Are the Qualifications for Charitable Donations The Pension Protection Act of 2006 allows Xxxx XXX holders who are RMD age or older at the time of a distribution to annually exclude qualified charitable distribution amounts up to $100,000 per year from gross income.   • Covered Persons Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Progenity shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Progenity will take to ensure that all Covered Persons receive at least annual training regarding Progenity’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program and the applicable Federal health care program requirements, including the requirements of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Xxxxx Law; and that all Arrangements Covered Persons receive at least annual training regarding: (i) Arrangements that potentially implicate the Anti-Kickback Statute or the Xxxxx Law, as well as the regulations and other guidance documents related to these statutes; (ii) Progenity’s policies, procedures, and other requirements relating to Arrangements and Focus Arrangements, including but not limited to the Focus Arrangements Tracking System, the internal review and approval process, and the tracking of remuneration to and from sources of health care business or referrals required by Section III.D of the CIA; (iii) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the development, approval, management, or review of Progenity’s Arrangements to know the applicable legal requirements and the Progenity’s policies and procedures; (iv) the legal sanctions under the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Xxxxx Law; and (v) examples of violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Xxxxx Law. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, identification of Covered Persons and Arrangements Covered Persons required to attend each training session, length of the training sessions(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. Progenity shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Arrangements Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.
