Qualified Family Member. A Xxxxxxxxx ESA may be rolled to another Xxxxxxxxx ESA of the same designated beneficiary or to a Xxxxxxxxx ESA maintained for the benefit of a qualified family member of the designated beneficiary, who is under the age of 30. The age 30 limitation does not apply to qualified family members who are special needs beneficiaries. Qualified family members of the designated beneficiary include the designated beneficiary’s child, grandchild, or stepchild, brother, sister, stepbrother, or stepsister, nephew or niece, parents, stepparents, or grandparents, uncle or aunt, spouses of all the family members listed above, cousin, and designated beneficiary’s spouse.

Qualified Family Member. A Xxxxxxxxx ESA may be rolled to another Xxxxxxxxx ESA of the same Designated Beneficiary or to a Xxxxxxxxx ESA maintained for the benefit of a qualified family member of the Designated Beneficiary, who is under the age of 30. The age 30 limitation does not apply to qualified family members who are special needs beneficiaries. Qualified family members of the Designated Beneficiary include the Designated Beneficiary’s spouse, child, grandchild, sister, brother, parent, niece or nephew, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father- in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law and the spouse of any such individual. A first cousin of the Designated Beneficiary, but not his or her spouse is also considered a qualified family member.

  • Family Member Family member is defined as the employee’s spouse or same or opposite sex domestic partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sister, or brother. Family member also includes individuals in the following relationships with the employee’s spouse or domestic partner: child, parent and grandparent. “Child” also includes any child residing in the employee’s home through xxxxxx care, legal guardianship or custody. Family members include those persons in a “step” relationship.

  • Family Members Family Members shall mean, as applied to any individual, any parent, spouse, child, spouse of a child, brother or sister of the individual, and each trust created for the benefit of one or more of such Persons and each custodian of a property of one or more such Persons.

  • Immediate Family Immediate family includes husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, brother-in-law, stepbrother, sister, sister-in-law, stepsister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, parent, stepparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, or any person serving as a parent, or who has served as a parent, or any other close person living in the same household as the employee.

  • Death in Immediate Family A regularly scheduled employee may be granted up to five days of leave of absence with pay by the Agency/Department Head because of death in the immediate family. An employee shall be allowed to take such leave within a four week period. For purposes of this subsection, "immediate family" means mother, stepmother, father, stepfather, husband, wife, domestic partner (upon submission of an affidavit as defined in the appendices), son, stepson, daughter, stepdaughter, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, xxxxxx parent, xxxxxx child, mother-in-law, and father-in-law, or any other person sharing the relationship of in loco parentis; and, when living in the household of the employee, a brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Entitlement to leave of absence under this subsection shall be only for all hours the employee would have been scheduled to work for those days granted, and shall be in addition to any other entitlement for sick leave, emergency leave, or any other leave.

  • Death in the Immediate Family An allowance of up to five (5) days leave shall be granted. Immediate family shall be considered as father, mother, spouse, child, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and grandparents, or any member of the immediate household.

  • Qualified Transferee Any Transfer of a Partnership Interest shall be made only to a single Qualified Transferee; provided, however, that, for such purposes, all Qualified Transferees that are Affiliates, or that comprise investment accounts or funds managed by a single Qualified Transferee and its Affiliates, shall be considered together to be a single Qualified Transferee; and provided, further, that each Transfer meeting the minimum Transfer restriction of Section 11.3.A(4) hereof may be to a separate Qualified Transferee.

  • Exception for Certain Family Transfers Anything to the contrary contained in this Section notwithstanding, the transfer of any or all of the Shares during the Optionee’s lifetime or on the Optionee’s death by will or intestacy to the Optionee’s immediate family or a trust for the benefit of the Optionee’s immediate family shall be exempt from the provisions of this Section. “Immediate Family” as used herein shall mean spouse, lineal descendant or antecedent, father, mother, brother or sister. In such case, the transferee or other recipient shall receive and hold the Shares so transferred subject to the provisions of this Section, and there shall be no further transfer of such Shares except in accordance with the terms of this Section.
