Quality Control Records. Xxxxx Xxxx shall prepare and submit to Annie’s quality control records and reports as Annie’s may reasonably request, and shall also furnish to Annie’s, without charge (or hold in a designated location within Xxxxx Luna’s Primary Facility for an agreed upon period of time), a reasonable number of samples, for quality control purposes, from each production run of each of the Products.

Quality Control Records. The Contractor shall maintain current quality control records of all inspections and tests performed. These records shall include factual evidence that the required inspections or tests have been performed, including type and number of inspections or tests involved; results of inspections or tests; nature of defects, deviations, causes for rejection, etc.; proposed remedial action; and corrective actions taken. These records must cover both conforming and deficient features, and must include a statement that all supplies and Materials incorporated in the Work are in full compliance with the terms of the Contract. Legible copies of these records shall be furnished to the Designated Representative daily. The records shall cover all Work placed subsequent to the previously furnished records and shall be verified and signed by the Superintendent. Specific Contractor quality control records required for the Contract shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following records:
Quality Control Records. UCB shall maintain records relating to Product in accordance with the Manufacturing Standards and shall retain such records for not less than ten (10) years after shipment to PRAECIS of the Product to which such records relate, and thereafter such records will be transferred to PRAECIS if requested. PRAECIS shall be entitled to inspect such records at its own expense and at such times and intervals as PRAECIS shall reasonably request upon prior written notice to UCB.

Quality Control Records. GRACE will maintain quality control and any other records as specified by the Quality Agreement.
Quality Control Records. Manufacturer shall maintain records relating to Bulk Drug Substance in accordance with the Specifications and shall retain such records for not less than seven (7) years after shipment to Customer of the Bulk Drug Substance to which such records relate. Customer shall be entitled to inspect such records at its own expense and at such times and intervals as Customer shall reasonably request upon prior written notice to Manufacturer of not less than twenty-four (24) hours. Prior to destruction of any such records, Manufacturer shall notify Customer of the intended destruction of any such records and, at Customer’s request, provide such records to Customer.
Quality Control Records. The Supplier shall provide detailed records of the outgoing inspections for every batch of the Products delivered to the Buyer. The Supplier shall provide all quality control records to the Buyer within a reasonable time not less than 3 business days from the delivery date. The Supplier shall keep the quality control records available for the Buyer’s inspection and for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery.
