Quality Health Care Commitment. The Company and Union will meet at least annually to assess health care cost and quality. The Company commits to providing access to the highest quality health care by requiring accreditation of all managed care networks by NCQA, or other nationally recognized group, and encouraging hospital and physician groups to ensure the reduction of medical errors through national efforts such as the Leapfrog Initiative.
