Report to Owner. We will send You a report at least once each Policy Year. The report will show current Policy values, Premiums paid, and deductions made since the last report. It will also show the balance of any outstanding Policy loans and accrued interest on such loans. There is no charge for this report.

Report to Owner. If reasonable precautions will be inadequate to prevent foreseeable bodily injury or death to persons resulting from a material or substance, including but not limited to asbestos or polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), encountered on the site by the Construction Manager, the Construction Manager shall, upon recognizing the condition, immediately stop Work in the affected area and report the condition to the Owner and Architect in writing.
