Report to Owner. If reasonable precautions will be inadequate to prevent foreseeable bodily injury or death to persons resulting from a material or substance, including but not limited to asbestos or polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), encountered on the site by the Construction Manager, the Construction Manager shall, upon recognizing the condition, immediately stop Work in the affected area and report the condition to the Owner and Architect in writing.
Report to Owner. We will provide you a report at least once during each Contract Year. The report will show the current Accumulation Value, the Cash Surrender Value, the MGWB Base and the Maximum Annual Withdrawal, as well as amounts deducted from, or added to, the Accumulation Value since the last report. This report will be sent to you at your last known address within sixty days after the report date. Upon your request, we will provide additional reports but we reserve the right to assess a charge not to exceed $50 for each additional report. We will also provide you with copies of any shareholder reports of the portfolios in which the variable sub-accounts invest as well as any other notices, reports or documents as required by law or regulation.
