Ramp-Up Phase. Following approval of this proposal, a 2-month window will allow for staffing and equipment acquisition at Xenogen Cranbury. In order to accommodate this, Pfizer must provide all protocols for Track I assays to Xenogen Cranbury within 2 weeks following approval of this proposal. Protocols must be detailed and provide full description of special equipment. It is also during this time period that discussion of Track II assays will begin within Pfizer.

Ramp-Up Phase. (a) monthly fee for the EGS in the amount specified in the Work Statement; and (b) monthly fee for *** full-time equivalents (FTEs) in the amount specified in the Work Statement. The period for the Ramp-Up Phase will be specified in the Work Statement. AGC shall not invoice the Batch Price during the Ramp-Up Phase.

Ramp-Up Phase. The first phase (hereinafter referred to as “Phase One”) of cooperation hereunder shall last until the earlier to occur of (i) the date that is six months from the Effective Date and (ii) the completion of a 100,000,000 RMB investment by OET into the Project Company. During Phase One, OET shall use its best efforts to assist the Project Company in obtaining credit lines from licensed financial institutions in China that are qualified to grant loans, and in exchange the Project Company will provide loan assistance and other relevant services to such licensed financial institutions. The specific methods and contents of such assistance and services shall be subject to a Service Agreement, the terms of which will be agreed between the relevant parties.

Ramp-Up Phase. (A) Establishment, duration, and initial annual allotment. There shall be a ramp up phase ("Ramp Up Phase") during which time less than all Minimum Reserved Seats have been filled with Southwood students. The Ramp Up Phase shall continue until all 000 Xxxxxxxxx seats are filled with eligible Southwood students, at which time the provisions of this section shall no longer apply.
