RATES FOR NEW JOBS. When a new job is created in a unit and cannot be properly placed in an existing classification, the Board will notify the Association prior to establishing a classification and rate structure. In the event the Association does not agree that the description and rate are proper, it shall become a subject for the grievance procedure at Step Three.
