Monetary Compensation. An employee may also be compensated for lost weekly rest by paying 100 per cent of the employee’s average hourly earnings in addition to the time and incentive rate and any increases for overtime and Sunday work.
Monetary Compensation. 3-4.01 In accordance with section 34 of the Act respecting the representation of resources, an integrated, overall percentage of 10.1% stands in lieu of monetary compensation for days of leave equivalent to those paid under and described in sections 60, 67, 68, 69, 80, 81, and 81.1 of, the Act respecting labour standards (chapter N-1.1) and the National Holiday Act (chapter F- 1.1).
3-4.02 The monetary compensation is calculated on the resource’s monthly remuneration, by application of clauses 3-3.06 to 3-3.12, following the adjustment provided for in clauses 3-3.14 and 3-3.15, and by multiplying the adjusted remuneration by 10.1%.
3-4.03 The compensation is paid retroactively to 1 January 2012.
3-4.04 The monetary compensation is paid on a monthly basis. In accordance with section 33 of the Act respecting the representation of resources, the resource receives an amount for certain services corresponding to its needs in relation to fringe benefits.
Monetary Compensation. 3.2.1. As a franchise fee to be paid as compensation in exchange for the benefit and privilege of using the Inalienable Property for the purpose of offering and providing Information Services, the Company shall pay to the City $0.19 per linear foot of Installation Area in the Franchise Area, calculated per calendar quarter, with such fee being subject to a 4% annual escalation effective on the first anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement and each subsequent anniversary thereafter during the Term.
3.2.1.1. Exceptions to § 3.2.1 are as follows:
3.2.1.1. A. Where construction of portions of the Installation Area was initiated or completed prior to the Effective Date in the boroughs of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island or Manhattan above 96th Street, the Company shall pay to the City $0.09 per linear foot of Installation Area for such portions, calculated per calendar quarter, with such fee being subject to a 4% annual escalation fee effective on the first anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement and each subsequent anniversary thereafter during the Term;

Monetary Compensation. 19. Compass Bank shall establish an escrow fund totaling $1.75 million (“the Settlement Fund”) for the purpose of paying damages to persons who may have suffered as a result of Compass Bank’s alleged failure to comply with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (“Payee Co-Applicants”). The Settlement Fund constitutes a reasonable sum to compensate non-spousal co-applicants whom the United States alleges to have been aggrieved by the discriminatory conduct described above. Compass Bank shall provide written verification of the deposit to the United States within seven (7) days of the effective date of this Agreement. Any interest that accrues shall become part of the Settlement Fund.
20. Payments to Payee Co-Applicants shall be made pursuant to a detailed Methodology used by Compass Bank, which has been approved by the United States. Pursuant to this Methodology, Compass Bank shall pay each pair of Payee Co-Applicants (who Compass Bank has identified to the United States by loan number, name, region and loan category) from the Settlement Fund in the following manner:
a. For loans originated in the East DFS Region, Compass Bank has identified a total of 1,488 policy loans to Payee Co-applicants (“East Category A”) and a total of 1,613 exception loans to Payee Co-applicants (“East Category B”). Compass Bank shall pay $325 to each pair of Payee Co-Applicants in the East Category A and
b. For loans originated in the West DFS Region, Compass Bank has identified a total of 1,052 policy loans to Payee Co-applicants (“West Category A”) and a total of 2,374 exception loans to Payee Co-applicants (“West Category B”). Compass Bank shall pay $460 each pair of Payee Co-Applicants in the West Category A and $230 to each pair of Payee Co-Applicants in the West Category B.
21. Payments from the Settlement Fund to Payee Co-Applicants shall be subject to the following conditions:
a. No Payee Co-Applicant shall be paid any amount from the Settlement Fund until after the execution of a written release of all claims, legal or equitable, which he or she might have against Compass Bank regarding claims asserted by the United States in this lawsuit, so long as such claims accrued prior to the entry of this Agreement. The form of the release is set forth in Appendix C (Release). If Compass Bank receives a Release from only one of the two co-applicants on a loan, Compass Bank shall pay half of the amount listed in Paragraph 20, to the co-applicant who returned the Release.

Monetary Compensation. Monetary compensation is based on the fiscal year beginning July 1 and is normally paid in bi- weekly installments on alternate Thursdays. Employee pay shall be deposited electronically to a bank account of the employee’s choice. An employee’s pay statement will indicate the number of overtime hours for which the employee received compensation for each pay period, as well as a breakdown of the number of sick days, vacation days and personal days the employee has, plus any compensatory time which has not yet been taken.
Monetary Compensation. The Company shall pay Employee compensation based on the level of services provided to the Company on a bi-weekly basis, as set forth in timesheets and written reports, during the Term as compensation in an amount to be determined through the submission of timesheets, work descriptions and pre-approved expenses on a bi-weekly basis (the “Base Compensation”). The Parties agree that the Base Compensation may be increased or decreased by the Company using its sole discretion in determining whether the work product warrants a higher or lower compensation rate. For example, and example only, the Employee might spend five hours working on a specific task, project or initiative that might prove to be more valuable to the Company than the amount of time spent, or vice versa. Under such circumstances, the Parties agree that the Company may exercise its discretion in making the necessary adjustments to compensate the Consultant based on the value added to the Company. Unless this Agreement is extended by the Company, which it may do in its own discretion in a writing signed by the Parties, this compensation shall be terminated at the end of the Term.

ii. APDs on a “B+” contract will serve up to thirty (30) plus days and will provide a report to the appropriate Xxxx representing the number of plus days that they will work over the contract period. These days shall be agreed upon in the prior academic year.
iii. APCs on a “B” contract will receive a $2,500 stipend per year for their work as APC. APCs on an “A” or “B+” contract will receive a $5,000 stipend per year for their work as APCs.
iv. APCs may elect to receive an overload in lieu of up to six (6) hours of release time per semester.
