Rates on Promotion an employee promoted (through posting or otherwise) to a job in a higher wage group shall receive. Where the starting rate of the new job is equal to or lower than employee’s former rate, the starting rate begins immediately. Where the starting rate of the new job is equal to or lower than the employee’s rate before promotion, an increase to the next higher rate in that grade shall be made.
Rates on Promotion. Section 1: Any employee below the maximum of their pay range will receive a $0.50 increase every six (6) months, provided that the employee has no active disciplinary action in their file, until they reach the top of their rate range.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the provisions hereof constitute an essential term of the Contract and that any breach of this representation and warranty shall entitle UNDP to terminate the Contract immediately upon notice to the Contractor, without any liability for termination charges or any other liability of any kind.
