Motor Vehicle Conviction Leave. The Company will grant leave of absence without pay not exceeding one hundred and eighty (180) days to an employee for the time during which he/she is serving sentence of imprisonment imposed on a conviction arising from the operation or use of a motor vehicle. The Company will consider other offences under this clause.
