Annual Leave a) The agreed RDO calendar for the Employer (unless otherwise varied in accordance with this Agreement) is in Appendix 6 and reflects the agreed scheduling of Designated Long Weekends, Flexible Rostered Days Off, Scheduled Rostered Days Off and Christmas/Easter Annual Leave shutdown for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. b) On the last day of work prior to a Designated Long Weekend, as far as practical, work shall cease by 3.30pm.
