Re-employment Within Six Months. ‌ If an employee leaves the employ of the District, or is on an approved leave of absence for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or is laid off for a period not exceeding twelve (12) continuous months, and is re-employed in his/her last classification, his/her last increment date shall be retained.
