Re-takes. In Programs requiring both theoretical and practical components, you must successfully complete the theoretical component in order to be eligible to proceed to the practical component. If you do not successfully complete the theoretical component, you will have the opportunity to re-do the theoretical component of the Program a second time by way of self-study at no additional charge. If you successfully complete the theoretical component of the Program, you will be placed in the next available cohort to undertake the practical component. If you do not successfully complete the theoretical component on your second attempt, you will be removed from the Program. In such case, you will be eligible to re-apply for the Program after 12 months from the date of your removal from the Program.

  • Right to Grieve Disciplinary Action Employees shall have the right to grieve written censures or warnings, and adverse employee appraisals. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any disciplinary notice and that rebuttal will be placed in the employee file, but will not be part of the formal disciplinary record. Should an employee dispute any such entry in his/her file, he/she shall be entitled to recourse through the Grievance Procedure and the eventual resolution thereof shall become part of his/her personal record.
