Reappointment to the same employer. Accrued rights of employees shall be retained on reappointment within one year. In the same manner, accrued rights will come into force again after one month’s work if the reappointment is after more than one year, but within 3 years. An employee who has worked continuously for 1 year or longer, with the same employee shall, in the same manner enjoy accrued rights again after 3 months work if the reappointment takes place after a three-year break from the work but within 5 years.
