Reasonable Accommodation in the Grievance Procedure. MHA will provide reasonable accommodation for a person with disabilities throughout the grievance process. This includes, but is not limited to, accommodating residents with disabilities by accepting grievances by mail or having MHA staff reduce an oral request to writing, providing accommodations in the hearing by providing qualified sign language interpreters, readers, and/or accessible locations.

  • Steps of the Grievance Procedure The following constitutes the sole and exclusive method for resolving grievances between the parties covered by this Agreement and shall be followed in its entirety unless any step is waived by mutual consent: Step One:
