Common use of Recent and Related Experience Clause in Contracts

Recent and Related Experience. Upon completion of probation, Registered Practical Nurses may be given credit for proven recent and related nursing experience at the discretion of the Employer. Nurses will only receive payment for experience on the payroll following submission of their proof of experience, and if the Employer in its sole discretion decides to recognize that prior experience.
