RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. ‌ 7.01 The Company recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the members of the bargaining unit and recognizes the right of any bargaining unit member to be represented by an Association officer. 7.02 This agreement applies to all Company employees who are members of the bargaining unit as established by the Canada Industrial Relations Board certification. 7.03 The Company will not use Temporary or Permanent Part-time Employees to displace any Permanent Employees or job or reduce the regular hours of work of any Permanent employee. 7.04 Employees covered by this collective agreement will not administer disciplinary action against another employee covered by this same agreement.
