RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. A. For purposes of this agreement only, and subject to the provisions of NRS 288.140, the COUNTY recognizes the ASSOCIATION as the exclusive bargaining agent for the regular full-time employees (hereinafter referred to as regular employees) employed in the classifications set forth hereinafter to negotiate in respect to those mandatory subjects of bargaining set forth in NRS 288.150(2): B. The parties agree that new hire probationary employees shall not have access to the grievance procedure for any disciplinary procedure, purpose or action. The parties agree that promotional probationary employees shall not have access to the grievance procedure for any disciplinary procedure, purpose or action related to the employee’s completion of or discipline or demotion during the promotional probationary period.
