RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. The Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for the term of this Agreement. The bargaining unit includes, all paraprofessionals employed by the Employer and specifically excludes central office secretaries, mechanics, supervisory employees, and all other persons.
