RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this agreement of all custodians and groundskeepers, and maintenance staff, employed by the Lapeer Community School District, but excluding all students, temporary employees, substitutes, management personnel, all other employees, and all contracted services.
