RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 336 of the Public Acts of 1947 (as amended), the District does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to the rate of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employ- ment for the duration of this Agreement to all District employees included in the bargaining unit who hold the following positions.
