The Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to wages, hours, and conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below: All teacher assistants, Title I teaching assistants, playground/teacher assistants, lunchroom supervision assistants, media center assistants, science lab assistants, technology assistants, hearing- impaired teacher assistants, and inclusion assistants. BUT EXCLUDING ALL temporary employees, substitutes, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
