Recognition of Board and Superintendent. The Association recognizes the Board as the elected representative of the people of the Black River School District and as the employer of the employees of the Black River School District in the bargaining unit. The Superintendent is recognized as the chief executive officer of the Board. Throughout this agreement, reference to the "Board" and/or "Superintendent" will include the designee of each.
