The Board recognizes the Ontario Public Service Employees Union and its Northern Ontario School of Medicine Xxxxx 000 Xxxx 0 as the exclusive Bargaining Agent of the Members of the Bargaining Unit. Until the Parties agree otherwise, and/or the Ontario Labour Relations Board amends the certificate, the Bargaining Unit is defined by the certificate of the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated January 30, 2006 (# 3031-05-R). This certificate and subsequent amendments, if any, shall be deemed to be incorporated into and become part of this Collective Agreement.
