Recognition of Union Xxxxxxx and Grievance Committee. ‌ In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Unionunion grievance committee and the union stewards. The xxxxxxx or union representative shall assist any employee(s) in preparing and presenting a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
