Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.
Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.
REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. Wellness Incentive Employees participating in the State’s medical plan and who meet the wellness criteria established by the State, in consultation with the Union, shall receive a reduction in medical insurance co-share payments up to a maximum of $500 per year. The earned reductions in medical insurance co-share payments shall be awarded to active employees in FY 2009 or the fiscal year following the employee’s participation in the wellness activities. The Wellness Incentive program will integrate preventative and wellness behaviors into the medical plan. Examples of possible activities include completion of the Health Assessment, obtaining a primary care physician, wellness coaching programs, preventive screenings, non-smoker or completion of smoking cessation program, and/or participation in a program that measures key points in assessing an individual’s overall health.
Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
Recoupment of Wage and Benefit Overpayments (a) In the event that an employee receives wages or benefits from the Agency to which the employee is not entitled, regardless of whether the employee knew or should have known of the overpayment, the Agency shall notify the employee in writing of the overpayment which will include information supporting that an overpayment exists and the amount of wages and/or benefits to be repaid.
