Record Keeping and Access. The Contractor shall maintain books, Records, documents, program and individual service records and other evidence of its accounting and billing procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature incurred in the performance of this Contract. These Records shall be subject at all reasonable times to monitoring, inspection, review or audit by authorized employees or agents of the State or, where applicable, federal agencies. The Contractor shall retain all such Records concerning this Contract for a period of three (3) years after the completion and submission to the State of the Contractor’s annual financial audit.

This nursing facility provider agrees to give full cooperation to the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services and its duly authorized agents in the administration of the program. Furthermore, this provider agrees to accurately maintain all records as required by Federal and State statutes and regulations and to allow and provide access to all such records as may be requested by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, and agents and designees of that department, and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Record Keeping and Access. ABC will make available to NeoRx and any applicable governmental agency all records relating to the Process and Facility as they relate to the Product.

AIS will maintain books, records, documents, program and individual service records and other evidence of its accounting and billing procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature incurred in the performance of this Subaward. These records will be subject at all reasonable times to monitoring, inspection, review or audit by authorized employees or agents of FEDISAL or its funding sponsor. AIS will retain all such records concerning this Subaward for a period of three (3) years after the submission of the final financial report, unless a longer period is specified in the specific terms and conditions of the Subaward. If any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration date of this three-year period, the records will be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
