Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date the City shall, at its expense, (a) cause the Site Lease, the Assignment Agreement and this Lease, or a memorandum hereof or thereof in form and substance approved by Bond Counsel, to be recorded in the office of the Alameda County Recorder, and (b) obtain a CLTA title insurance policy insuring the City’s leasehold estate hereunder in the Leased Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount at least equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. All Net Proceeds received under any such title insurance policy must be deposited with the Trustee in the Bond Fund to be credited towards the prepayment of the remaining Lease Payments under Section 9.4.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date, the District shall, at its expense, (a) cause the Site Lease and this Lease, or a memorandum or notice hereof or thereof, to be recorded in the office of the Xxxxxxxx County Recorder with respect to the Leased Property, and (b) obtain a ALTA title insurance policy (ALTA Standard Coverage Policy) insuring the Bank’s interests in the estate established under the Site Lease in the Leased Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount equal to the original principal components of the Lease Payments. The District shall apply the Net Proceeds received under such title insurance policy to prepay Lease Payments under Section 9.3(a).
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date, the District shall, at its expense, (a) cause the Site Lease and this Lease, or a memorandum hereof in form and substance approved by Bond Counsel and the Assignee, and the Assignment of Lease to be recorded in the office of the Alameda County Recorder with respect to the Leased Property, and (b) obtain a CLTA title insurance policy insuring
(i) the fee interest of the District in the Leased Property, (ii) the Corporation and the Assignee’s interests in the leasehold estate established under the Site Lease in the Leased Property and (iii) the District’s sub-leasehold estate established hereunder in the Leased Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount equal to the original principal components of the Lease Payments, with endorsements reasonably requested by Assignee. Said policy shall name both the Assignee and the Servicer (as defined in the Assignment of Lease) as insured. The District will apply the Net Proceeds received under such title insurance policy to prepay the remaining Lease Payments under Section 9.3.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. The District will, at its expense, cause the Site Lease, the Assignment Agreement and this Lease to be recorded in the office of the Contra Costa County Recorder on or before the Closing Date. Concurrent with such recordation, the District shall obtain a CLTA title insurance policy insuring the District’s leasehold estate in the Leased Property hereunder, in an amount at least equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Certificates. All Net Proceeds received under such title insurance policy will be deposited with the Trustee in the Lease Payment Fund and credited towards the prepayment of the Lease Payments under Section 4.3(f).
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. (a) On or before the Closing Date, the District shall, at its expense,
(i) cause the Site and Facilities Lease, this Lease (or a memorandum thereof in form and substance approved by Special Counsel), and the Assignment Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the Sacramento County Recorder, and
(ii) obtain a CLTA title insurance policy insuring the District's leasehold estate hereunder in the Site and Facilities, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount at least equal to the aggregate principal amount of the remaining Lease Payments due hereunder.
(b) All Net Proceeds received under any such title insurance policy shall be deposited with the Lender and shall be credited towards the prepayment of the remaining Lease Payments pursuant to Section 9.3.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date the City shall, at its expense, (a) cause the Site and Facility Lease and this Lease Agreement, or a memorandum hereof or thereof, in each case in form and substance approved by Bond Counsel, to be recorded in the office of the San Mateo County Recorder, and (b) obtain a CLTA policy of title insurance which insures the City’s leasehold estate in the Property in an amount equal to the aggregate initial principal amount of the Bonds. All Net Proceeds received under said policy shall be deposited with the Trustee in the Redemption Fund and shall be deposited in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date, the District shall, at its expense, (a) cause this Lease Agreement, the Site and Facility Lease and the Assignment Agreement, or a memorandum hereof or thereof in form and substance approved by Special Counsel, to be recorded in the office of the El Dorado County Recorder with respect to the Property, and (b) obtain a CLTA title insurance policy insuring the Assignee’s interests in the leasehold estate established under the Site and Facility Lease and hereunder in the Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount equal to the original principal components of the Lease Payments. The District will apply the Net Proceeds of such insurance as provided in Section 6.2.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date the City shall, at its expense, (a) cause the Site and Facility Lease and this Lease Agreement, or a mem- orandum hereof or thereof, in each case in form and substance approved by Bond Counsel, to be recorded in the office of the Los Angeles County Recorder, and (b) obtain a CLTA policy of title insurance which insures the City’s leasehold estate in the Property in an amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. All Net Proceeds received under said policy shall be deposited with the Trustee in the Redemption Fund and shall be applied to the redemption of Bonds pursuant to Section 4.01(d) of the Indenture.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or before the Closing Date, the District shall, at its expense (a) cause the Site Lease, this Lease or a memorandum thereof in form and substance approved by Special Counsel, and the Assignment Agreement to be recorded in the office of the San Diego County Recorder with respect to the Leased Property; and (b) obtain a CLTA policy of title insurance insuring the District’s fee estate and the Corporation’s leasehold estate in the Leased Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount at least equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Certificates. A copy of such policy shall be delivered to the Certificate Insurer. All Net Proceeds received under any such title insurance policy shall be deposited with the Trustee in the Lease Payment Fund and shall be credited towards the prepayment of the remaining Lease Payments pursuant to Section 8.3.
Recordation Hereof; Title Insurance. On or prior to the Closing Date, the County shall, at its expense, (a) cause this Lease, or a memorandum thereof in form and substance approved by Bond Counsel, the Site Lease, and the Assignment Agreement to be recorded in the office of the Napa County Clerk-Recorder with respect to the Leased Property; and (b) obtain one or more CLTA title insurance policies insuring the County's leasehold estate hereunder in the Leased Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, in an amount equal to the principal amount of the Certificates of Participation. All Net Proceeds received under any such title insurance policy shall be deposited with the Trustee in the Lease Payment Fund and shall be credited towards the prepayment of the remaining Lease Payments pursuant to Section 9.3.
