Recording and Media. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SHRM, Client understands and agrees that the Appearance may be recorded for archival purposes only, and may not be broadcast by any means, including audio tape, video tape or film, nor may it be broadcast or streamed on the internet or via live streaming applications in whole or in part. Further, unless explicitly stated in the Client Agreement, or unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SHRM, Client agrees that no media shall be present for the Appearance or other scheduled activities involving Speaker.
Recording and Media. 9.1 When engaged under this Agreement, the Musician permits Sinfonia Cymru to make audio and/or audiovisual recordings, with musicians in or out of vision, of any rehearsal, performance, or session designated for producing recorded material.

SHRM and Client acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding the previous paragraph, this Appearance may be live-streamed as a virtual Webinar on the day of the presentation only on a password protected website as agreed to in writing in the Client Agreement. Permission is granted to rebroadcast this webinar on a password protected website for 30 days.
