Recording and Media. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SHRM, Client understands and agrees that the Appearance may be recorded for archival purposes only, and may not be broadcast by any means, including audio tape, video tape or film, nor may it be broadcast or streamed on the internet or via live streaming applications in whole or in part. Further, unless explicitly stated in the Client Agreement, or unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SHRM, Client agrees that no media shall be present for the Appearance or other scheduled activities involving Speaker.

Recording and Media. 9.1 When engaged under this Agreement, the Musician permits Sinfonia Cymru to make audio and/or audiovisual recordings, with musicians in or out of vision, of any rehearsal, performance, or session designated for producing recorded material. 9.2 The following uses are defined: (i) Archival use (a) Any audio or audiovisual recording may be retained by Sinfonia Cymru in perpetuity for archival use. These shall be only shared externally with the following partners, with Sinfonia Cymru retaining responsibility for the prevention of any unauthorised use by external individuals or organisations: a. Featured composers or musicians, for their own private study purposes; b. Co-commissioning, co-producing, and/or co-presenting organisations or individuals; c. Funding organisations, for reporting or as part of a funding proposal; d. Educational institutions, for education; e. Potential partners to secure future work. (b) Sinfonia Cymru reserves the right to use any archival recording for promotional purposes in accordance with part o(ii) of this clause.

  • Negotiation and Mediation If either party serves written notice of a Dispute upon the other party (a “Dispute Notice”), the parties will first attempt to resolve the Dispute by direct discussions between representatives of the parties who have authority to settle the Dispute.   • Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.

  • Composition and Meetings The Committee shall be comprised of equal number of representatives of the hospital and from the Union. The number of representatives is to be determined locally, and shall consist of at least two representatives from each party. Meetings of the Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Representatives attending such meetings during their regularly-scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. The Hospital shall make typing and other such clerical assistance available as required. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Committee. Co-chairs shall chair alternate meetings of the committee and will be jointly responsible for establishing the agenda of the Committee meetings, preparing minutes and writing such correspondence as the Committee may direct. To allow the Labour Adjustment Committee to carry out its mandated role under this Article, the Hospital will provide the Committee with pertinent financial and staffing information and with a copy of any reorganization plans which impact on the bargaining unit. The Committee shall submit its written recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Where there is no consensus within the Committee, the individual members of the committee shall be entitled to submit their own recommendations. Any agreement between the Hospital and the Union resulting from the above review concerning the method of implementation will take precedence over the other provisions of this agreement.
