Records Conclusive. GTJAFX's records (in any form) are conclusive and binding on the Client in relation to the matters or facts therein stated, except for manifest error. The Client agrees that they will be admissible in any court or tribunal, or in any actions, proceedings or disputes between GTJAFX and the Client, as evidence of the facts and matters recorded in them.

Records Conclusive. The records of the Bank and the Committee shall be conclusive in respect to all matters involved in the administration of the Plan to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Records Conclusive. 1The calculation and records in the Company’s system in relation to the Platform and any Account, including, but not limited to, the transaction history and balance on any of your Accounts, will be final and conclusive and be binding on each User for all purposes. The party requesting a copy of any Record shall bear the cost (based on standard accepted industry charges to the extent applicable, as determined by the Receiver) for providing such duplicate Records. A copy of each Record requested shall be provided as soon as practicable by the party having custody thereof.
