Records Conclusive Sample Clauses
The "Records Conclusive" clause establishes that certain records maintained by one party, such as invoices, statements, or logs, are considered definitive evidence of facts or transactions unless proven otherwise. In practice, this means that if there is a dispute about an amount owed or a service provided, the records held by the specified party will be relied upon as accurate unless the other party can provide compelling evidence to the contrary. This clause streamlines dispute resolution by clarifying which documents are authoritative, thereby reducing ambiguity and the potential for prolonged disagreements over factual matters.
