Error If the reason for the interruption/disturbance is an Error in the Software as set out in Part 2, Section 2.2, Exasol provides a Qualified Error Report during the course of Incident Management; however, error correction is not a subject of Incident Management but of Maintenance. Correction of Errors Contractor shall perform, at its own cost and expense and without reimbursement from the District, any work necessary to correct errors or omissions which are caused by the Contractor’s failure to comply with the standard of care required herein.
