Records, Documents, and Property. Employee will return to Deluxe all of its property including, but not limited to its records, correspondence and documents as well as all computers, keys, pagers and corporate charge cards.

Records, Documents, and Property. Employee represents and warrants that Employee will not take, or will have returned any of Employer’s property, including but not limited to computer data files and records, documents and tangible items pertaining to Employer, as well as all credit cards, keys, access codes and/or other records, documents or property as of the Termination Date.

Executive shall however be allowed to permanently keep his desktop computer at his office and his laptop after both are purged of any company data.

Nothing in this paragraph 8 is intended to preclude Blake from keeping documents that are related solely to her compensation, benefits, rights, and other perquisites of being an officer and/or employee of the Company and/or its subsidiaries to the extent that such retention does not violate the Employment Agreement, or from retaining her Company issued phone and laptop during the Consulting Period.
