Acceptability of Surety. (1) Should any Surety at any time be unsatisfactory to the Authority, notice will be given to Contractor to that effect. No further payments shall be deemed due or will be made under the Contract until a new Surety shall qualify and be accepted by the Authority. The Contractor shall pay all costs of compliance with this Article.
