Records Transfer. Once a child is accepted as a student of the SCHOOL, the parent is asked to notify the home school district of the transfer and a formal notification is sent to the student's previous school informing it of the enrollment and requesting the student's records.
Records Transfer. Upon notification of program approval from EPA, the Corps will transfer to DEP any pending Section 404 program permit application files, including requests for verifications of Regional General Permits identified in Section IV.B(2) above, within State assumed waters. Upon request by DEP, the Corps will provide copies of specific permits for purposes of DEP issuing a new permit. Transfer methods shall be mutually agreed upon by the Corps and DEP.

(B) Billing, collection and payment records on all present customers of the subject water and sewer systems;
(C) An accurate tabulation or listing of all actual service locations in the System to be transferred to SGWASA from Creedmoor, to include:
1) Address - Number and Street;
2) Account Name (if active);
3) Billing Address for Each Account Number;
4) Account Numbers, all meter reading books, the history of all accounts, and such other information as Creedmoor may gather concerning active and inactive accounts for the past twenty-four (24) months;
Records Transfer. All original files for building, land use permits, and other development permits within an annexation area shall remain in the custody of the County. The City may copy files on their own equipment or agree to pay for the cost of copying any requested records.

The Company hereby transfers, conveys and assigns all right, title and interest in and to the Records to the Assumption Reinsurer, and agrees that the Assumption Reinsurer may utilize and dispose of such Records in any manner, provided that the Company may retain copies of such Records in its discretion or as required by applicable law. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, the Company shall deliver all Records to the Assumption Reinsurer, or its designee at the sole cost of the Assumption Reinsurer.
