Common use of Recruit Office Training Clause in Contracts

Recruit Office Training. Recruits who report to their assigned worksite before or in between schools or upon completion of Advanced Academy may be assigned to work irregular shifts or hours without any penalty payment or liability. Recruits who work in excess of forty (40) hours in a week will be compensated in the form of overtime pay. Section 17.1.4 is applicable to this section. A recruit may choose to accrue compensatory leave in lieu of overtime payments up to one hundred (160) hours, at which time all additional overtime hours worked shall be paid in cash. Upon assignment to solo patrol the other provisions of Article 14 and 15 apply.
