RECRUITMENT FEE. A recruitment fee of up to $20,000 is applicable if any Physician (Locum Tenens) from this Provider is placed as a permanent full time Alaska Psychiatric Institute staff physician or psychiatrist within one (1) year of service as locum tenens at API under this Agreement. This fee will be reduced by $2,000 per locum tenens’ month, up to $8,000 maximum reduction per physician.

County may enter into a direct relationship with a Provider who has worked with County or has been introduced or presented by Contractor, following completion of sixty (60) days locum tenens coverage by that Provider. The recruitment fee is forty thousand dollars and no cents ($40,000.00) for a physician. RECRUITMENT FEE. The term “Recruitment Fee” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.3 of this Agreement.

RECRUITMENT FEE. 1. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after this Agreement is terminated for any reason, WASHINGTON shall not solicit or make any offer to any WHS medical staff, directly or indirectly, the services or resumes of whom were provided or offered to WASHINGTON pursuant to this Agreement, to become employed by or to become involved, associated, or affiliated with, directly or indirectly, WASHINGTON or any of its affiliates, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by WHS.
RECRUITMENT FEE. The recruitment fee is $40,000.00 for a physician, $30,000.00 for an NP. The recruitment fee is payable for any PROVIDER introduced to COUNTY by CONTRACTOR who:
RECRUITMENT FEE. Client will be obligated to pay a Recruitment Fee for all candidates referred by AC and hired by Client, regardless of position or title for a period of 12 months from the date of referral. This obligation applies regardless of whether Client hires the candidate directly, utilizes the candidate as an independent contractor, or hires the candidate through another employment agency. However, if Client can provide documentation to AC that the candidate had already applied for employment with Client either directly or through another agency within 12 months of the date the candidate was referred by AC to Client, then Client will not be obligated to pay a recruitment fee for said candidate. The Recruitment Fee is $2,000 per candidate hired and is due by the candidate’s start date with Client.
RECRUITMENT FEE. Client shall pay Ventiv a recruiting fee of $[***] (“Recruiting Fee”) for each Ventiv Sales Representative that is not employed by Ventiv immediately prior to working for Ventiv pursuant to this Agreement only in connection with either (1) the initial scale-up of the sales force to one hundred forty (140) representatives and (2) increases in the number of Ventiv Sales Representatives requested by Client in excess of one hundred forty (140).
