Recruitment Fees. The Company’s fee shall be determined by the method of recruitment, the method of recruitment will be clearly established prior to any work being undertaken, fees will then be calculated as per the following clauses:-

Recruitment Fees. The Recruiter shall charge the Client a one-time recruitment fee (the "Fee") per recruited Personnel for each staff categories/positions (e.g. foremen, engineers, site clerk, administrator, timekeepers, storekeepers, other office or site staff etc., as well as for blue collar workers). Recruitment Fees. 3.1 Subject to the terms of this Contract, where a Candidate is engaged by NTT DATA or an NTT DATA group company on the basis of a permanent or fixed term contract of employment, NTT DATA will pay the Agency a one-off Recruitment Fee of 15% of the Candidate’s Base Salary. For the purpose of clarification, Base Salary is calculated on a pro rata basis for a fixed term contract of employment of less than one year’s duration.
