RECURRING WORK PRICE SCHEDULE. After the contract award, the successful Contractor shall provide an acceptable price schedule for the Recurring Work for the base period and the option year of the contract upon request by the Contracing Officer or the Contracing Officer’s Representative. The total of the price schedule must equal the amount awarded for Contract Line Items 0001 and 0002. If for any reason this contract is modified, including the exercise of an option, and the modification affects the price schedule, the Contractor shall submit a revised price schedule as appropriate. Prices shown in the price schedule will be utilized in conjunction with FAR 52.246-4, “Inspection of Services – Fixed Price” clause in making deductions to the contract price for nonperformed or unsatisfactory work. DO NOT SUBMIT the price schedule with the bid. UNITED STATES LAWS AND REGULATIONS MAKE IT ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONCERNING THIS SOLICITATION: BID RIGGING PRICE FIXING COLLUSIVE BIDDING BID ROTATION OFFERING GRATUITIES OFFERING OR RECEIVING KICK-BACKS THE PRICES IN YOUR OFFER MUST BE ARRIVED AT INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT ANY CONSULTATION, COMMUNICATION, OR AGREEMENT WITH ANY OTHER OFFEROR OR COMPETITOR.   • Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement. 35.2. Subject to the provisions of Part B, Section 4 of this Agreement, all rates provided under this Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement.

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Within this acceptable period, an adjustment of [insert the adjustment factor], will be added, for evaluation purposes only, to the Tender price of Tenders offering deliveries later than the “Earliest Delivery Date” specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
