Bidder’s Qualifications. (Section B)
Bidder’s Qualifications. An award for Work will be made only to a responsive, responsible Bidder, in a financial position and with the organizational ability to do the work specified herein and qualified by experience. The Bidder shall submit adequate evidence of their ability to fulfill contracts such as the one being bid. Specific qualification requirements are noted in paragraph 5.2.b. (i‐xxi).
Bidder’s Qualifications. (Section B)
1. Bidder’s Background and Experience as provided in Section B.1 of the Bid.
2. Bidder’s References as provided in Section B.2 of the Bid. The review will include verification of references submitted, a review of the Contractor Alert Reporting Database (CARD), if applicable, reflecting past performance history on County contracts, and a review of terminated contracts.
3. A review to determine the magnitude of any pending litigation or judgments against the Bidder as provided in Section B.3 of the Bid.
Bidder’s Qualifications. A. Bidder Qualifications
1. Bidder shall have sufficient technical knowledge and a minimum of five (5) years experience in the maintenance, inspection, service, troubleshooting, and repairs of Standby Generators and UPS equipment.
3. Bidder shall complete and submit with their bid, Attachment D- References, identifying a minimum of three (3) references of customers that required similar services of maintenance, inspection, service, troubleshooting, and repairs of Standby Generators and UPS equipment as provided in this Bid Proposal.
Bidder’s Qualifications. A. The City may make such investigation, as it deems necessary, prior to the award of this contract to determine the conditions under which work is to be performed. The Purchaser will take into consideration, but not be limited to:
(1) Bidder’s experience
(2) Location
(3) Adequacy of plant facilities
(4) Sufficient personnel and equipment to properly perform all services called for under the contract.
B. In order to receive consideration, bidder must have sufficient knowledge and experience in the services covered by the contract. Bidders must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in providing services as stated under this contract. Bidder must submit with their bid a minimum of three references of customers requiring similar volume of services as provided in this contract.
C. Contractor must be able to demonstrate to the Purchaser’s satisfaction their capabilities, including evidence that they possess adequate facilities and financial resources to fully comply with the requirements of the contract, prior to award and at any time during the contract term or any extension thereof.
Bidder’s Qualifications. Award of contract will be made to a bidder who is experienced and qualified in similar size and types of projects, with a history of successful projects completed on time. A history of poor performance, poor quality workmanship, legal claims, dissatisfied referrals, and other anomalies may constitute grounds for disqualification and rejection of bid. A bidder who is unable to demonstrate ability, and/or history to manage and complete the project according to the contract, may be disqualified and have their bid rejected. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to accept any proposal and/or bids, to reject any or all proposal and or bids in full or in part, and to waive irregularities and /or formalities as deemed appropriate. Price will not be the only consideration in the selection of the contract or agreement.
Bidder’s Qualifications. Before a bid is considered for award, the Bidder may be required to submit a statement regarding the Bidder's previous experience in performing comparable work, business affiliates and technical organizations, financial resources, intended product processing facilities and its timber exporting history.

Before a bid is considered for award, the bidder may be requested by the Government to submit a statement regarding the bidder’s previous experience in performing comparable work, its business and technical organization, financial resources, and such other information as may be required to evaluate the bidders responsibility.
Bidder’s Qualifications. Bidders are hereby informed that due to the very special nature of this bridge construction work (tight schedule, off-hour work, involvement with vital utilities, heavy traffic volume on the bridge, temporary support of the existing bridge, bridge demolition and construction within active waterway, etc.) each bidder shall be required to submit “Bidder’s Qualification Requirements Form” (see page N-4), along with its bid submission, that satisfies the following minimum qualification criteria: • Prior construction experience and satisfactory performance on at least one bridge project over a major roadway, railroad, or waterway with a minimum construction cost of $100 million, within the last eight (8) years. • Have a minimum of one full-time Project Manager employed by the construction firm, possessing experience in supervising a bridge reconstruction project of $50 million or greater, completed within the last ten (10) years, (see page N-5 for “Project Manager’s Qualification Requirements Form”) • Have a full-time qualified superintendent (on-site), who has supervised bridge reconstruction projects with a minimum construction cost of $20 million, completed within the last ten (10) years, dedicated full-time for this project. A resume and written evidence to fully commit such individual throughout the duration of the project shall be submitted with bid documents. In the event that this superintendent becomes unavailable to complete the project, then the Contractor shall obtain the Engineer’s approval for a replacement of the superintendent with the required qualifications prior to assignment to the project. • The construction firm must have a regional office or main office in the NYC metropolitan area, and • The construction firm or its subcontractor must be experienced in temporary support of bridges and bridge demolition over operating roadways, railroads, or waterways. • The construction firm or its subcontractor must be experienced in pile foundations and substructure construction within a waterway. In the event the bidder is an entity which was formed within the last consecutive five (5) years prior to the bid opening, the City may, in determining compliance with special experience requirements set forth above, consider prior projects completed by principal(s) of the bidder while such principal was affiliated with another entity, subject to the following conditions:

Bidder’s Qualifications. In order to be a qualified Bidder, the Bidder must meet all of the following criteria.
A. Experience:
1. Bidder is currently managing and operating a full-service rental car business in an airport environment business of the nature contemplated in this SFB at St. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx International Airport or another airport with similar passenger volume.
2. Bidder has successfully managed and operated a full-service rental car business in an airport environment business of the nature contemplated in this SFB at St. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx International Airport or another airport with similar passenger volume, for at least the last three (3) consecutive years.
B. Financial Stability:
1. Bidder has been financially responsible in managing and operating full-service rental car business in an airport environment business of the nature contemplated in this SFB at St. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx International Airport or another airport with similar passenger volume, for at least the last three (3) consecutive years.
2. Bidder demonstrates that he/she can raise the capital to provide any needed staff and vehicle stock to operate the contemplated Concession.
