Recurring Xxxx Payments. If you authorize a merchant to charge your Account on a recurring basis, you must notify the merchant when you want to discontinue the recurring payments; if you close your Account; change of Account number; or changes to your cards’ expiration date. You are responsible for notification of these changes, and reinstating any recurring authorized transactions. Account Assignment We may sell, assign or transfer all or any part of your Agreement and Account without prior notice to you.

Recurring Xxxx Payments. Recurring payments are those made for the same amount scheduled on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly basis or some other consistent interval. Once started, recurring payments will be made automatically until the Bank is notified to stop or cancel the service and the bank has sufficient time to cease the recurring payment(s).
Recurring Xxxx Payments. You may use the Xxxx Payment Service to authorize automatic recurring payments of recurring bills. These payments must be for the same amount each month and they will be paid on the same calendar day of each month or on the next business day if the regular payment day falls on a weekend or holiday. Cancelling Xxxx Payments If the xxxx payment is a recurring payment set up via the Xxxx Payment Service, then you can cancel that xxxx payment through HSBCnet as long as the request is received by the Bank before the xxxx payment process date of the next recurring xxxx payment. Once a recurring xxxx payment is cancelled, all future xxxx payments to that payee will be cancelled and you must reschedule future xxxx payments to that payee. Stopping Check Payments You can request the Bank to stop payment on a check drawn on your account in person, by mail, by phone, or by using HSBCnet, the Bank's internet banking product. The Bank needs a reasonable amount of time to apply the stop payment request to your account and to verify that the check has not already been paid. You (or an authorized signer on your account) must give the Bank the account number, payee, date, exact amount of the check, and the correct check number. Without completely accurate information on the amount of the check and the check number, the Bank cannot ensure a stop payment will occur. Your stop payment request takes effect when the Bank records it on your account. If you phone in your stop payment, you must confirm it in writing within fourteen (14) days. Your written stop payment request is good only for six (6) months unless you renew it in writing. Special procedures apply to a stop payment for a funds transfer. Please refer to the "Amendment and Cancellation" paragraph in the "Funds Transfers" section of these Rules. The Bank may charge you the fee shown on your Terms and Charges Disclosure or similar fee schedule for each stop payment request. Post-Dated Checks The Bank may certify or pay a check before the date written on it and charge your account without being liable to you. The Bank can also refuse to certify or pay a post-dated check before its date. The Bank may dishonor and return unpaid other items drawn, accepted or made by you as a consequence of the Bank having certified or paid a post- dated item.   • Recurring Payments For subscriptions that renew automatically, Customer authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer’s payment method periodically for each subscription or billing period until the subscription is terminated. By authorizing recurring payments, Customer authorizes Microsoft to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from the designated bank account (in the case of Automated Clearing House or similar debits), as charges to the designated card account (in the case of credit card or similar payments) (collectively, “Electronic Payments”). If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Microsoft or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to process any such fees as an Electronic Payment or to invoice Customer for the amount due.

  • Xxxx Payments You may authorize new payment instructions or edit previously authorized payment instructions for xxxx payments that are either periodic and nonrecurring (e.g., payments on merchant charge accounts that vary in amount) or automatic and recurring (e.g., fixed mortgage payments). When you transmit a xxxx payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the xxxx payment transaction from the account you designate. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. The Credit Union will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the xxxx payment request, we may either refuse to make the payment or make the payment and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account you have established. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous. The Credit Union will withdraw the designated funds from your account by 9:00am on the date of the scheduled payment if scheduled on a business day. If scheduled on a non-business day, the Credit Union will withdraw the funds by 9:00am on the first business day after the scheduled date. It is your responsibility to schedule your xxxx payments in such a manner that your obligations will be paid on time. You should enter and transmit your xxxx payment instructions at least 10 days before a xxxx is due. You are responsible for any late payments or finance charges that may be imposed as a result of your failure to transmit timely payment authorization. You may cancel or stop payment on periodic xxxx payments and automatic, recurring xxxx payment instructions under certain circumstances. If you discover an error in or want to change a payment instruction (e.g., payment date or payment amount) for a periodic or automatic payment you have already scheduled for transmission through online or mobile banking, you may electronically edit or cancel your payment through online or mobile banking. Your cancellation request must be entered and transmitted before the date you have scheduled for payment. If your request is not entered in time, you will be responsible for the payment. If you wish to place an oral stop payment on an automatic, recurring xxxx payment transaction, the Credit Union must receive your oral stop payment request at least three (3) business days before the next payment is scheduled to be made. You may call the Credit Union at the telephone number set forth in Section 4 (Member Liability) to request a stop payment. If you call, the Credit Union may require you to confirm your stop payment request in writing within 14 days after the call.

  • Automatic Recurring Payments You may use the xxxx payment function to arrange for the automatic payment of bills that have a fixed frequency and amount. Once your automatic xxxx payment arrangements are established, we will make the payments without further requests by you. If the payment due date for an automatic payment falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be made the following business day.

  • Recurring Charges You or a supplementary cardmember may authorize a merchant to xxxx your account at regular intervals for goods or services (called recurring charges). Here are some important things that you need to know about recurring charges and your account.

  • Quarterly Payments H3.15 The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.

  • Recurring Transactions If you intend to use the Card for recurring transactions, you should monitor your Balance and ensure you have funds available in your Card Account to cover the transactions. “Recurring transactions” are transactions that are authorized in advance by you to be charged to your Card at substantially regular intervals. We are not responsible if a recurring transaction is declined because you have not maintained a sufficient Balance in your Card Account to cover the transaction. If these recurring transactions may vary in amount, the person or merchant you are going to pay should tell you, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set with that person or merchant. If you have told us in advance to make regular payments (i.e., Recurring Transactions) from your Card Account, you can stop the payment by notifying us orally or in writing at least three (3) Business Days before the scheduled date of the transfer. If you call, we also may require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you order us to stop one of these payments three (3) Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages. If you have authorized a merchant to make the recurring payment, you should also contact the applicable merchant in order to stop the transaction. Fraudulent Card Account Activity. We may block or cancel your Card Account if, as a result of our policies and procedures, we reasonably believe your Card Account is being used for fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity or any activity that is inconsistent with this Agreement. We will incur no liability because of the unavailability of the funds that may be associated with your Card Account.

  • Non-Recurring Charges 3.1 Where rates consist of usage sensitive charges or per occurrence charges, such rates are classified as “non-recurring charges.”

We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.
