Red Deer and Lethbridge Flat Rate/Monthly Vehicle Allowance. Employees in Lethbridge and Red Deer shall be paid fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50) per working day. This premium shall be paid to the employee not more than five (5) working days after the beginning of each month. Article 22.1 shall not apply to Meter Readers while working within their Service Point.
