Reduction in Pay or Rank. When a member is demoted for disciplinary reasons, the member shall be paid at the top step in the lower rank. When a member in the rank of Police Officer is reduced in pay for disciplinary reasons, the member shall be paid at the next lower step in the rank, and the reduction in pay shall continue only for that time period necessary for the member to complete the member's step advancement to the step the member previously held.

  • Report-In Pay A. A regular full-time employee who reports to work on a regularly scheduled work day without previous notice not to report shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours work (or four (4) hours pay in lieu thereof) at the applicable hourly rate.

  • CALL-IN PAY 14.01 An employee who is called in to work outside their regularly scheduled hours shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their applicable rate whenever there is a break between the employee's regularly scheduled hours and the work the employee is called to perform.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Special Leave Without Pay Section 1. Employees may participate in a Special Leave Without Pay Program as established by the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners. The Special Leave Without Pay Program period is from date of County Board Approval through December 31, 2021.
