IN PAY. An employee who is called in for work outside his standard hours other than for scheduled overtime work, shall be paid either
IN PAY. 17.1 When an employee is called in to work outside of his normal hours of work, he shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours' work at the appropriate premium rate plus travel allowance where applicable. If the employee's normal hours of work commence within this four (4) hour period, the employee will be paid premium time from the time he commences work until the start of his normal hours and will revert to his normal hourly rate at the commencement of his normal hours of work.
IN PAY. An employee who has not been notified in advance “not to report for work, and who reports for his regular scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work, and if no work is available, he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours, at the applicable rate. This obligation on the Company will not prevail:
IN PAY. OP40-1 An employee reporting for duty at the employer’s request for work which is outside of and not continuous with the employee’s regular work period, shall be granted at least two (2) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half. OP40-2 Supervisors will refrain from calling employees at home except in emergency situations.
IN PAY. An employee reporting for emergency duty at the Employer's request for work not scheduled in advance and which is outside of and not continuous with his/her regular work period, shall be guaranteed at least three (3) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half. An employee who reports for scheduled work without being notified not to report will be given a minimum of three (3) hours work, or at the option of the Employer, will receive three (3) hours pay at his/her regular straight time rate plus shift premium if applicable, unless work is not available because of power failure, Act of God or other cause beyond the control of the Employer. ON-CALL PAY AND PARAMETERS
IN PAY. In the event an assignment is cancelled after her arrival at a client's residence due to an error on the part of the Employer, client absence or client's refusal to see the worker, the Employer will endeavour to give the worker another assignment. In the event the Employer does not have another assignment, the employee will be paid for the number of hours scheduled for the cancelled assignment.
IN PAY. An employee who is called in outside their regularly scheduled hours of work other than for scheduled overtime work will be paid a minimum of four hours at straight time rates or at their applicable overtime rate for the time worked on the call-in, whichever is greater.
IN PAY. If an employee has left the plant, and is called back to take care of an emergency, and such hours do not extend into his normal shift, he will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the premium rate. Such employees will be assigned only to emergency work.. In the event that a portion of the emergency four (4) hours extends into his regular shift, he will be paid for such portion at the premium rate.

IN PAY. An employee who is called in by the Company to perform work outside of his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be paid at the rate of time and one half if the work is performed from Monday to Saturday, and at the rate of double time if the work is performed on Sunday, or a maximum of three (3) hours at his/her straight time rate, whichever is the greater. However, no minimum payment shall apply when the hours so worked are continuous with the employee’s regularly scheduled working hours. Should the call-in involve a change of shift schedule, the employee shall be paid the premium rate for the first shift of the new schedule.
