REPORTING IN PAY. An employee reporting for work on his/her regularly scheduled shift who has not been properly notified not to report will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay in lieu at the applicable rate or at least four (4) hours employment at his/her regular rate.
REPORTING IN PAY. 22.01 Any employee who has not been notified in advance “not to report for work”, and who reports for his regular scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work. If no work is available, he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours, at his base hourly rate.
22.02 The obligation of the Company will not prevail: 1) If no work is available because of: a) A power shortage or a failure of power supplies. b) Any other condition beyond the control of the Company.
REPORTING IN PAY. 21.01 An employee reporting for work on his Supervisor’s or Company’s request, but for whom no work at his regular job is available will be offered at least four hours employment at some other work at his regular hourly rate or be paid four (4) hours at his applicable hourly rate. If reporting in for a Continental Shift he shall receive six (6) hours at the applicable rate. This provision shall not apply when the lack of work is due to blackouts, fire, flood or other cause beyond the control of the Company.
REPORTING IN PAY. 26.01 An employee who has not been notified in advance "not to report for work" and who reports for his regular scheduled shift will be given the opportunity to work at least four (4) hours of work, and if no work is available he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at his base hourly rate.
26.02 This obligation on the Company will not prevail:
a) If no work is available because of:
i) A power shortage or a failure of power supply;
ii) Any other conditions beyond the control of the Company.
b) If the employee has not kept the Company informed of his current address and phone number.
REPORTING IN PAY. 19.01 Any employee who has not been notified in advance “not to report for work,” and who reports for their regular scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work. If no work is available, they will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at their base hourly rate.
19.02 The obligation of the Company will not prevail:
(1) If no work is available because of:
(a) A power shortage or a failure of power supply beyond the control of the company.
(b) A fire or Act of God
(c) If the company made a reasonable attempt to advise you not to report to work.
(2) If the employee has not kept the Company informed of their current address and a telephone number.
REPORTING IN PAY. Any team member reporting for work on their regular scheduled shift, and who has not been properly notified not to report, will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable hourly rate + COLA + applicable shift premium, except for conditions beyond the control of CAMI.
REPORTING IN PAY.
18.01 An employee who has not been notified in advance by telephone call, answering device or letter “not to report for work”, and who reports for his scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work. And if no work is available, will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at his normal hourly rate.
REPORTING IN PAY. 13.01 If an employee reports for work on her/his regular scheduled shift and no work is available, the employee will receive four (4) hours pay at the applicable hourly rate.
REPORTING IN PAY. 16:01 Any employee reporting for work and who has not been properly notified not to report will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable hourly rate.
REPORTING IN PAY. 28.01 If employees report for work on their regular shift and/or overtime shift without being informed at least two (2) hours before the shift starts that their services are not required, they will be given the opportunity to work four (4) hours or they shall receive at least four (4) hours pay for the shift in question, unless the reason for their services not being required is beyond the Company’s control.
