Common use of Redundancy / Severance Clause in Contracts

Redundancy / Severance. a) Subject to Subclause (c) and (d) hereof, employees shall be entitled to a severance payment of $55.00 per completed week of service. This payment shall be increased to $60.00 per completed week of service from 1 July 2009.
